Since 2000, I’ve been on a wellness journey.  Being diagnosed with diabetes I refused to accept the diagnosis and prescription. I told myself I would make some changes however, none was made. 

It took a year for the doctor to reach for a chair to talk to me instead of reach for a pen to write another prescription. THAT conversation was the beginning of a great relationship.  He knew not to just write a prescription and expect me to take it.  He realized I needed to understand cause and effect and that I was looking for natural solutions.

Today, I am seasoned, sizzling and well! Free from shoulder and knee pain and more! Passionate about helping others get their life back, feel the energy, and overall wellness!
